VIP ANNOUNCEMENTS
Welcome everyone to our new space. I am new to this just as you all are. So with that being said if mistakes happen, we communicate it and educate one another so we all can get use to this new space! I would love for everyone to check this page once a week just to stay up to date. If this is to much for some of you please reach out because I do innerstand that some people can be very busy. So please if life is already a lot please reach out and we can work together. But with all that being said I would love to welcome two new VIPs to our Root Community:
Victoria and Roise. It's a pleasure to have you wonderful souls join us as we test and heal our crowns.
IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENTS:
- VIP Shayna your refill window opens 3/18/2026 and ends 4/01/2026. Be sure to visit the Refill Center to submit your refill request.
- Product testing will begin soon. For anyone who is interested in testing the new product please email me with a response, the question is: What do you want out of a detangler spray when looking or using one? (PSA: if you do not email me directly your response you will not be allowed to move forward with testing)
VIP participants are encouraged to check the Root VIP Portals once a week to stay informed and aligned with program updates.

VIP REFILL CENTER
When The Refill Window Opens, VIP participants may submit their refill request and upload their 3-month before & after results.
Refills are prepared during the refill window only.
To keep the VIP exchange balanced and organized, results must be submitted before a refill can be released.
VIP Refills Operate on a 3-month cycle
Refill Guidelines
VIP refills operate on a 3-month cycle.
- Results must be submitted when the refill window opens
- Original bottles must be returned for refill
- Replacement bottle fee: $5 if bottle is missing
- New bottles are issued every 6 months
Once refills are ready, VIP participants 5-7 days to pick up their refill.
Two missed refill pickups may result in removal from the VIP community.
PRODUCT TESTING CENTER
The Rich Beautiful Hair VIP community plays an important role in helping develop and refine new products.
Testing opportunities will open periodically throughout the year. When testing becomes available, VIP participants may sign up to participate.
Products are tested as a group so that results can be observed consistently across different hair types and routines.
Participation in testing requires engagement within the VIP space, including responding to community prompts that help guide product development.
Testing Guidelines
Product testing is conducted as a group to maintain fairness and consistency.
- Testing begins on an announced start date
- All participants begin testing at the same time
- Testing typically lasts 30 days unless otherwise stated
- Honest feedback is required to help improve formulations
Participation in testing may include sharing results publicly or privately within the VIP community.
Before testing new products engagement questions will be asked and answered through email.
