Rich Beautiful Hair products are handcrafted in small batches to maintain quality and freshness. Many orders are prepared shortly after they are placed.

Please allow 1-5 business days for processing before your order is shipped. During periods of high demand, processing times may extend slightly.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Shipping times are determined by the carrier and are outside of our control.

Rich Beautiful Hair is not responsible for:

• delays caused by the shipping carrier
• incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout
• packages marked as delivered by the carrier

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
