We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once reviewed, we will determine an appropriate resolution.

Rich Beautiful Hair reserves the right to refuse refund requests that fall outside of these guidelines.

By completing a purchase through this website, the customer agrees to contact Rich Beautiful Hair directly to resolve any concerns regarding their order before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with their financial institution.

Submitting a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with Rich Beautiful Hair may be considered fraudulent activity.

Rich Beautiful Hair reserves the right to provide all relevant order information, communication records, and policy agreements to the payment processor or financial institution to dispute fraudulent chargebacks.

Accounts associated with fraudulent chargebacks may be restricted from placing future orders.
